Paddle Boarding

Today was a beautiful fall day! A cool crisp breeze was in the air and all my windows were wide open. October is my favorite month of the whole year! It was a relaxing day. Ended the day at a friends house with one of my best friends. I decided to go paddle boarding...  I think I found a new hobby. It was so much fun, too bad I didn't recognize this hobby sooner...

I started off on my knees then quickly got up onto my feet, with no problems... What a great work out too. It is like walking on water. If you have never tried paddle boarding, I highly recommend it. It was a great end to a beautiful day! XOXO
